I designed the rulebook by specifying Logo Treatments, Color Palette, Typography Uses, Agent Spotlights, and Cohesive Icons. I made sure not to overdue the examples as I did not want to hinder the creativity of any incoming team members. Team work makes the dream work and I truly appreciate a great collaboration.

The goal here was to take the themes of high-end Residential Real Estate- attainable luxury and user-friendly convenience, and apply it to the Commercial side, which is an industry well known as being sterile, distant, and boring.

I created an environment where each property is its own brand within a brand. We tailor each listing package with a custom logo and color palette whilst utilizing one of our many templates. This ensures maximum impact with a fast turnaround. The marketing efforts spread across Offering Memorandums, Email Blasts, Photo/ Video, Individual Web Pages, and Social Media Posts.
